Phrases that work
Write the way you would talk to a colleague: the assistant understands natural language, so no special syntax is needed. These phrases have been checked against the tools it has today. The names (projects, tasks, people) are examples; replace them with your own.
The Who column shows who can ask for it successfully. “Everyone” = PM and Consultant/Developer, always within what their role can see. “PM” = the PM who owns the project. If you don't have permission, the assistant explains why and creates nothing. Every write (create, change, delete) goes through a confirmation card or batch when it applies.
Tips to get it right
- Open the relevant screen first (the task, the project): then “this task”, “this project” or “this phase” are resolved without ambiguity (screen context).
- Use the short code if you know it: “T0003”, “expense G0002”, “phase F002 of project P02600001”. Typed or dictated, in any language (Short codes).
- Give the required details: if one is missing (for example, what you did during some hours, or the type of an expense), the assistant asks. If there are several matches, it shows you the options and asks which one.
- One thing per message, or several in a batch: you ask for several writes at once and the assistant gathers them on a single card.
- Relative dates (“yesterday”, “on Friday”, “30 October”) are resolved with your local date and your time zone.
Look things up

Go to a screen
The assistant takes you to a screen you already have access to. It never makes up addresses. It doesn't ask for confirmation.
| Phrase | What it does | Who |
|---|---|---|
| “Take me to My work” | Opens My work (also “my issues”, “my time entries”, “my task board”). | Everyone |
| “Open the risks of this project” | Opens that section of the project (planning, team, issues, change requests, contacts, communications, documents, meeting minutes, expenses or the Kanban boards). | According to their access to the section |

| “Take me to the assistant settings” | Opens Settings → Assistant. | Everyone |
Log time
Hours are logged on tasks (not on issues) with the same permissions as the form: the PM who owns the project, or the person assigned to the task. They always need a description of what you did; if you don't give one, it asks for it. Confirmation card according to your setting.
| Phrase | What it does | Who |
|---|---|---|
| “Log 2 h of review on this task” | Proposes logging 2 h today on the open task, with “review” as the description. | Everyone (on their tasks) |

| “Log 4 h for Marcus Reyes on Run user acceptance tests on Monday: testing” | Logs on behalf of another person on the project team (with or without an account). | PM who owns the project |
| “Correct yesterday's time entry to 2 h” | Looks for your time entries of that day and proposes the change as “before → after”. It can change hours, minutes, date or description, but not whose entry it is. | The person who logged it or the PM who owns the project |
| “Delete time entry H0004” | Proposes the deletion; it can be undone for 10 minutes. | The person who logged it or the PM who owns the project |
If you get the reminder “You didn't log any time on Tuesday”, Log time now writes “On Tuesday I worked on ” for you to complete (panel).
Create records
Only the PM who owns the project can create tasks, expenses, risks, change requests, contacts, phases and meeting minutes. Issues can also be created by a team member of level 1–2.

|---|---|---|
| “Create a task ‘Key user training’ in this phase” | Proposes the task in the open phase, with the project's first status and medium priority by default. | PM |

| “Create a €150 licence expense for this task” | Proposes the expense in the project's currency; if you don't give the expense type, it shows you the active types and asks. | PM |
| “Create an issue: the reconciliation report doesn't balance, high severity” | Proposes the issue (detected: today; initial status: the organisation's default). | PM and level 1–2 |
| “Log a risk: delay in the client's data delivery, high probability, medium impact” | Proposes the risk with the status “Identified”. It warns you if a similar one exists from the last 14 days. | PM |
| “Log a change request: margin report by store, requested by Hartmann Retail, around 20 h” | Leaves it pending a decision with the estimated effort. | PM |
| “Add a client contact: Sofía Lang, sofia.lang@example.com, purchasing manager” | Needs a real email: if you don't give one, it asks and never makes one up. | PM |
| “Create the phase Training with three tasks: prepare materials, sessions and assessment” | A batch: the new phase and its three tasks (if you untick the phase, the tasks are unticked). | PM |

| “Log today's meeting minutes: follow-up meeting, we agreed that Priya reviews the prices before Friday” | Proposes the minutes with their agreement, which generates a follow-up task (you need to say which phase). | PM |
Change records
Changes always ask for confirmation and the card shows “before → after”. If someone changes the record in the meantime, it is rejected.
| Phrase | What it does | Who |

With pasted text
Paste the text into the panel (more than 400 characters or 4 lines) and write, for example: “Turn these notes into meeting minutes for Retail ERP rollout, with the risks and the tasks”, or “With these requirements, propose the phases and tasks with estimated hours”. The result is always a batch that you review before anything is created. Details in Pasted text.
What the assistant can't do today
- Send emails or messages, upload or read documents, log communications.
- Log time on issues, or change phases, contacts or meeting minutes that already exist (it can create and delete them).
- Delete projects, edit an existing project, manage people, invitations, roles or master data, and change your settings.
- Undo: you do that with the card's Undo button, for 10 minutes.
- Confirm for you. If it tells you something “is done”, check that the card shows the status “Done”.
