Data controller

The controller of the data processed in PjMan is JLPRI. You can contact us at jlprietoda@gmail.com for any question related to your data.

What data we process

Your account data (name and email) and, if you add them, your time zone and your language. The content you or your organisation enter into the application: projects, phases, tasks, logged hours, expenses, issues, risks, contacts, communications and documents. If you choose to use the artificial-intelligence assistant, also your own API key, always stored encrypted.

Why we process it

To provide the project management service you have signed up for: showing you your projects, calculating progress, sending you the assistant's daily suggestions and, in general, making the application work. We do not use your data for advertising purposes, nor do we share it with third parties other than the providers described below.

Providers and hosting

PjMan relies on these providers to work:

• Supabase: database, authentication and storage of attached documents, hosted on a cloud infrastructure project in the Ireland region.
• Vercel: hosting of the web application and execution of its scheduled jobs (such as the assistant's daily analysis), in the Dublin region.
• Anthropic: the artificial-intelligence model behind the assistant, only when you add your own API key in Settings. That key is stored encrypted and is only decrypted at the moment of calling the API; we never use a key shared with other accounts. If you do not add your key, the assistant is never activated and this provider never receives any data of yours.

How long we keep your data

For as long as your account stays active. If you close it, the data of your account and your projects is deleted following the procedure we have in place at that time; you can ask for it to be deleted earlier by writing to jlprietoda@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or hand it over to another service (portability), by writing to jlprietoda@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data: password and session handled by our authentication provider, encryption of AI keys, and access control by organisation and by role throughout the application.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. We will notify you of any relevant changes.
