Purpose
PjMan is a web-based project management platform: phases, tasks, hours, expenses, issues, risks and an artificial-intelligence assistant, among other features. This legal notice governs access to and use of the site.
Intellectual property
The code, design and text of PjMan belong to its owner or are used under the corresponding licence. The data each account enters into the application (projects, tasks, documents and other content) remains the property of whoever entered it.
Liability
PjMan is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. The owner is not liable for misuse of the platform nor for decisions taken from the artificial-intelligence assistant's suggestions, which a person must always confirm or review.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable regulations.
